Chef Rakka appeared on News Channel 5's Talk of the Town on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 11 am CDT. Talk of the Town is Nashville's top rated weekday talk show with Meryll Rose and Lelan Statom. Thanks to all of you who came to Cafe Rakka for the special Valentine Sweetheart dinner! The Himalayan pink salt blocks were a big hit! This four course dinner featured Chef Rakka's homemade farmer's cheese, a mixed salad with exotic fruits and a pomegranate dressing, grilled salmon, chicken, beef and lobster tails cooked and served on a Himalayan salt block and a fabulous dessert of homemade baklava topped with rose petal jelly. | | Newsletters Press Releases
